This means constantly updating your selection with new equipment and removing older and used rentals from the rafts. Here are some important things to know:
-Skis from our STANDARD packages are sold after 2 years of use, our VIP skis are sold after 3 years.
-Each pair of skis (and snowboards) are shipped fully serviced with fresh wax. This is done on professional machines in our rental shop. You can see detailed high-quality pictures for each pair on their listings.
-We ship to over 50 countries. For the EU we ship with DPD and offer combined shipping for orders on two or more items.
-We ship boots, poles and helmets for free when the purchase is combined with a pair of skis or snowboard.
-If you don’t like the equipment you have received, you can send it back for a different set or a full refund. Shipping is covered by the client.
-We do not offer returns for items listed ““For parts or not working”. These are skis and snowboards that have gone through many servicing cycles and don’t have much base material left. They are shipped out freshly serviced, but we do not believe that they will last another servicing through the machine. These skis are also great for making a ski-chair.
